I am a PhD Candidate in Quantitative Marketing at INSEAD.

I am interested in how marketing tools can be used to enhance customer usage experiences in online environments. I believe that marketing can be a force for good, and in my research I focus on product designs that create a win-win outcome for firms and customers. Industry-wise I have studied product design in a variety of contexts, including educational products and recommendation systems in online grocery retail. Methods-wise I make use of tools from structural modeling and applied econometrics.
